The Challenge

Build a complete investor flow: onboarding → compliance (KYC) → contract signing → payments → investment lifecycle management — with an internal admin system to operate deals and contracts.

What I Built

  • * Two production web apps: investor portal + admin dashboard (SvelteKit/Svelte 5)
  • * NestJS backend API (Postgres, JWT auth, RBAC) powering investments, payments, and contract management
  • * Compliance + trust layer: KYC/AML (Sumsub), digital signing (YouSign), monitoring (Sentry), session replay (OpenReplay), i18n (EN/FR)
  • * Supporting services: document generation (DOCX → PDF), secure upload flows, CI/testing infrastructure

The Challenge

Ship a social/community app with strong UX: onboarding, profiles, discovery, vehicle management, and real-time messaging — plus a marketing site.

What I Built

  • * Cross-platform React Native (Expo) app covering onboarding, profiles, discovery feed, vehicle management
  • * Real-time chat from scratch: typing indicators, reactions, attachments, optimistic updates, pagination, and sync hooks on Supabase Realtime
  • * Auth + onboarding: Apple/Google sign-in, email/phone OTP, multi-step forms with validation
  • * Offline-first data layer using TanStack Query persistence + performance optimizations for lists
  • * Marketing website in SvelteKit (Svelte 5) with i18n, SEO, light/dark mode, contact form, Netlify deploy
